The phenolic profile of honey is directly linked to its antioxidant, antimicrobial, and other health-related bioactivities. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with diode array detection (DAD) is a powerful tool to accurately identify and quantify phenolic compounds in complex matrices such as honey.
